We're ranked the #1 EHR for rural hospitals: SEE WHY

Healthcare IT is broken.

We’re fixing it.

Our story

Juno Health was born from a powerful realization: despite decades of technological advancement, healthcare providers across care environments were still struggling with outdated, dysfunctional EHR systems that hindered patient care rather than helping it. Healthcare organizations needed software that was easy-to-use, intuitive, and affordable, but the very technology meant to revolutionize the industry had become a barrier to quality care delivery. It was time for a next-generation solution.

Drawing from extensive experience working with the legacy systems they sought to replace; our team embarked on an ambitious mission to create an entirely new class of EHR. Rather than patching outdated technology, Juno Health started with a fundamental question posed to the doctors, nurses, and clinicians on staff, "In a perfect world, what would your EHR be capable of?"

The answer led to Juno EHR—a modern, affordable, ONC certified system built around intuitive workflows and simplified user experiences. Every feature was designed with healthcare professionals in mind, from alignment to supporting interoperability and preventing data blocking by aligning with the 21st Century Cures Act, to meeting or exceeding current security standards, and more. We are guided by a simple principle: if healthcare software doesn't make it easier to take care of patients, it's not a solution—it's a problem.

We began as the commercial division of DSS, Inc., a company that formed three decades ago as a vision shared by three brothers, eventually growing into a robust organization of over 600 employees. Now, our evolution into Juno Health marks a new chapter in healthcare technology innovation. Unlike legacy vendors that remain anchored in outdated approaches, Juno Health stands at the forefront of today's health IT landscape, driven by clinicians who understand the real-world needs of healthcare providers, and focused on delivering exceptional usability. This approach is pioneering a new era in the acute care, behavioral health, and public health sectors, where Juno Health's solutions are transforming how healthcare organizations operate and deliver patient care.
